06/24/2026 Job Description Job Description Mid-sized law firm seeking a Litigation Attorney with 3-5 years of experience, preferably with a background in employment law but not required. The position will expose the applicant to a wide range of litigation practice areas, but with a focus on employment matters.
Responsibilities:
Independent caseload management Cultivate new client leads Appearances at Court proceedings - in person, telephonic, and virtual Manage
EEOC/DHR
filings Conduct depositions Delegate tasks to paralegals and/or other attorneys Manage/prioritize deadlines and delegated tasks
Qualifications:
3-5 years of litigation experience Active NY license to practice law Employment law experience is preferred Strong knowledge of New York State and Federal Courts Familiarity with motion practice Ability to prioritize and multitask Deadline and detail-oriented Effective communication skills
