Litigation / Trial Attorney

Looking for a seasoned Personal Injury attorney with Litigation experience to oversee our Litigation Department. Attorney will have a team of paralegals and legal assistants at his/her disposal and will work alongside the partners to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to reviewing S&C's, BP's, drafting/reviewing motions, responses and other pleadings; handling EUO's and EBT's, other court appearances, monitoring litigation calendar and handling some Trials if experienced in doing so.
