Job Description
Crowdvest LLC is currently seeking qualified in-house counsel to oversee and manage the company's expanding legal needs across our portfolio and operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in real estate and corporate law, with experience handling both transactional and litigation matters. The responsibilities of this position will include, but are not limited to: Oversight of all litigation matters involving the company or its affiliates. Review, drafting, and negotiation of property leases , purchase and sale agreements , and related transactional documents . Coordination and management of evictions and tenant disputes . Preparation and review of investor documents , operating agreements , and subscription agreements . Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations relevant to real estate syndications and investment offerings. Providing legal guidance on contracts, vendor relationships, and joint venture agreements. Managing risk mitigation strategies and maintaining appropriate internal controls. Advising on corporate governance and entity structuring across Crowdvest's portfolio holdings. This role will serve as a key partner to our executive and acquisitions teams, ensuring that all company activities are conducted with the highest legal and ethical standards.
