Established (100+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking Matrimonial Attorney for Family Law in Albany, New YorkAn established firm based in Albany, New York with over 100 years in practice is seeking a Matrimonial Attorney with 4+ years of experience to join their team. This Matrimonial Attorney will have experience with divorce, child custody, support, and high-net-worth matrimonial matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while representing clients in litigation and advisory matters.

Qualifications:
Admission to the New York State Bar in good standing4+ years of experience handling matrimonial and family law mattersStrong litigation experience including court appearances and motion practiceAbility to manage a caseload independently while maintaining attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skills with a client-focused approachExperience with high-net-worth divorce matters and complex asset division preferred
Responsibilities:
Manage a full caseload of matrimonial and family law matters from inception through resolutionHandle court appearances including conferences, hearings, and trialsDraft pleadings, motions, agreements, and discovery documentsAdvise clients on divorce, custody, support, and related issues with a strategic approachNegotiate settlements and represent clients in mediation when appropriateCollaborate with partners and support staff to ensure efficient case management
