This Matrimonial Attorney will have experience with divorce, child custody, support, and high-net-worth matrimonial matters , ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while representing clients in litigation and advisory matters.

Qualifications :
Admission to the New York State Bar in good standing 4+ years of experience handling matrimonial and family law matters Strong litigation experience including court appearances and motion practice Ability to manage a caseload independently while maintaining attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client-focused approach Experience with high-net-worth divorce matters and complex asset division preferred
Responsibilities :
Manage a full caseload of matrimonial and family law matters from inception through resolution Handle court appearances including conferences, hearings, and trials Draft pleadings, motions, agreements, and discovery documents Advise clients on divorce, custody, support, and related issues with a strategic approach Negotiate settlements and represent clients in mediation when appropriate Collaborate with partners and support staff to ensure efficient case management For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
