Job Description

Job Summary We are a growing, client-focused law firm with four locations serving clients throughout the region. Our firm is committed to delivering exceptional legal representation while fostering a collaborative, supportive environment for our attorneys and staff. As we continue to expand, we are seeking talented professionals who are eager to grow their careers with us. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Real Estate Attorney to join our growing legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial and/or residential real estate transactions, contract negotiation, title review, leasing matters, and real estate development. Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, easements, and related real estate documents. Conduct due diligence, including title and survey review. Advise clients on zoning, land use, development, and regulatory compliance matters. Represent clients in real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financing transactions, and closings. Coordinate with lenders, title companies, developers, brokers, and government agencies. Qualifications uris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in [State]. [3-10+] years of real estate law experience preferred. Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills. Experience handling commercial real estate transactions is highly desirable.
