Tax Counsel - P&C Insurance [NYC] A leading global insurance organization is seeking a Tax Counsel to join its legal team. This position offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of tax matters while partnering closely with legal, finance, and business stakeholders across the organization. Key Responsibilities Advise on tax-related legal matters affecting the business Support strategic transactions and corporate initiatives Partner with internal stakeholders on tax planning and risk management Monitor developments in tax law and provide practical guidance Collaborate with internal and external advisors on complex issues Qualifications J.D. and active bar membership 4+ years of relevant tax experience (in-house or private practice) P&C insurance exposure Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders
