Job Description

We are seeking experienced Windows 11 Desktop Migration Technicians to join an onsite deployment team supporting a large law firm environment. This project involves upgrading and deploying Windows 11 workstations, providing white-glove end-user support, and ensuring a smooth migration experience for attorneys and legal staff. This is an evening shift position requiring professionalism, strong customer service skills, and prior hands-on desktop deployment experience in enterprise environments. Responsibilities Perform Windows 11 desktop/laptop migrations and deployments Replace and configure PCs, laptops, docking stations, monitors, and peripherals Transfer user data, profiles, and settings Install and configure enterprise applications and legal software Provide onsite support to attorneys and staff during and after migrations Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and login issues Document completed work, asset tracking, and deployment status Follow established migration procedures and escalation processes Maintain professionalism in a fast-paced legal environment Required Skills & Experience 2+ years of desktop support, deployment, or migration experience Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 deployments and upgrades Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Active Directory Experience with PC imaging and deployment tools Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues independently Excellent customer service and communication skills Experience supporting executive-level or professional users preferred Ability to work onsite during evening hours consistently Preferred Qualifications Prior law firm or professional services environment experience Experience with SCCM, Intune, Autopilot, or similar deployment tools Knowledge of VPN, printers, and remote access support A+ certification or equivalent technical experience Additional Information 100% onsite role Evening shift schedule: 4:30 PM - 9:30/10:00 PM Contract runs through the end of the year with potential extension Immediate interview and onboarding process
