Job Summary To Apply for this Job Click Here Regional multi-office law firm is seeking a Trusts & Estates Attorney to join its Pearl River, NY office. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking for long-term growth, meaningful client interaction, and a collaborative environment with strong work-life balance. Responsibilities Draft estate planning documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related instruments Handle trust and estate administration matters Advise clients on estate planning strategies, asset protection, and tax-related considerations Maintain direct client communication and relationship management Assist with related real estate and litigation matters as needed Collaborate with attorneys and staff in a team-oriented environment Qualifications Active New York Bar admission required Additional admissions in NJ, CT, or PA preferred Experience in Estate Planning, Trust Administration, Elder Law, Real Estate, or Litigation Strong drafting, communication, and organizational skills Understanding of personal finance, accounting, investments, and basic tax concepts Professional, self-motivated, and client-service oriented Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation plus bonus opportunity 4 weeks PTO 401(k) with employer contribution Company-sponsored healthcare insurance Equity partnership opportunity based on performance and experience Collegial culture with excellent work-life balance About the Opportunity This opportunity offers attorneys the chance to join a highly collaborative trusts & estates practice with an established client base and long-term growth potential.
