$250,000 - $350,000 •

Signing Bonus:

$25,000 •

Relocation:

$15,000 •

Licensing & Dues:

CME's:

Benefit Time:

240 hours •

Malpractice Insurance:

A claims made policy for professional malpractice insurance with coverage of $2.3 million per occurrence and $6.9 million aggregate shall be provided to the Physician and coupled with tail coverage •
