06/26/2026 Job Description Job Description Our client, a top NY law firm with over 250 attorneys has an immediate opening for an experienced commercial litigation attorneys for its Long Island office. The role seeks someone with at least 6 years of commercial experience along with strong communication skills. Must have experience managing cases, working with e-discovery databases, strong writing and be able to collaborate with seniro attorneys. The firm offers competitive salaries in addition to a comprehensive benefits plan.
Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to support litigation efforts. Manage e-discovery receipt, review and productions. Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, and motions. Collaborate closely with senior attorneys to develop and execute case strategies. Participate in court appearances, hearings, and negotiations
Required Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Must be admitted to the
New York Bar Preferred:
Prior employment at a premier law firm. Successful completion of a Federal Clerkship. Involvement in Legal Law Journal/Periodical while in Law School. Exceptional academic record.
