Partner - Trusts & Estates Litigation Attorney (OOJ - 46337) 200000-300000 / US Dollars / Annual Salary NPAworldwide Recruitment Network update Last updated: Jun/16/2026 Job Description Independently manage a Trusts & Estates Litigation caseload from inception through resolution. Take and/or defend depositions. Appear in court and at hearings. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery demands and responses, and related submissions. Conduct legal research. Supervise and mentor a team of associates and paralegals.
Qualifications:
10+ years of sophisticated Trusts & Estates Litigation experience. Significant Surrogate's Court experience. Experience with estate administration, including estate tax matters, is a plus.
