Highly successful plaintiff's personal injury firm seeks

ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

with 7+ years experience in Labor Law 240 and 241(6) and NYS Industrial Code. Must have strong legal research and writing skills; effective communication and ability to collaborate with legal professionals; proficient with OUTLOOK, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Westlaw and NYSCEF e-filing

Responsibilities:

Handle a caseload of personal injury cases, focusing on labor law construction cases Litigate cases from inception to resolution, including court appearances and negotiations Appear for depositions of our clients as well as conduct the depositions of defendants Conduct legal research to support case strategies and prepare legal documents Collaborate with legal professionals and clients to develop effective case strategies Represent clients in court, hearings, and other legal proceedings Negotiate settlements and communicate with opposing counsel

$150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
