White Plains We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insolvency + Restructuring Partner Attorney to join our dynamic legal team in White Plains. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in insolvency and restructuring law and demonstrate exceptional leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage complex insolvency and restructuring cases, providing strategic legal advice and representation. Develop and implement innovative strategies to maximize recovery for clients involved in financial distress situations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to navigate intricate financial structures and negotiate with creditors. Advise clients on matters related to bankruptcy, restructuring, workouts, and related transactions. Maintain and grow a robust client base through strong relationship management and business development efforts. Mentor and guide junior attorneys and staff, fostering a culture of excellence and professional growth.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Admitted to practice law in the state of New York. A minimum of 10 years of experience in insolvency and restructuring law, with a proven track record as a partner or senior attorney. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex legal issues. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal. Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
