Environmental Attorney

The attorney who fills this role will counsel on matters including remediation and redevelopment of contaminated properties, transaction-triggered environmental laws, the allocation and management of environmental risk in contracts, the role of environmental insurance policies as a risk management tool in transactions, project financing, environmental land use issues and environmental regulatory compliance Our ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: Book of business preferred Five to seven years of relevant experience in a law firm or in house legal department; Strong drafting, research, and writing skills; Ability to work effectively with teams and independently, as well as manage and prioritize multiple projects; Strong analytical skills; Ability to work with staff, attorneys at all levels, and firm clients successfully. Candidate must be licensed or attain license to practice law in the State of Ohio. This is a full-time position, and compensation is commensurate with experience.
