Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Bilingual (Spanish/English) Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team. Duties Manage a caseload across multiple practice areas including immigration law, family law, criminal law, personal injury law, and litigation. Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case strategies and client advisories. Draft clear and precise legal documents such as pleadings, motions, contracts, and client correspondence in both Spanish and English. Negotiate settlements and legal agreements effectively on behalf of clients while maintaining professionalism and strategic focus. Assist in trial preparation by organizing evidence, preparing witnesses, and supporting litigation efforts. Maintain accurate case records and manage deadlines using the firm's legal administrative systems. Skills Proven experience in immigration law, family law, criminal law, personal injury law, or litigation. Strong research skills. Excellent writing skills for drafting legal documents and correspondence in both Spanish and English. Effective negotiation abilities to advocate for clients' best interests. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases efficiently within a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with legal research techniques and tools for comprehensive case analysis. Prior legal administrative experience is preferred to ensure smooth case management.
