This is an on-site opportunity based in Canfield, Ohio, serving the Youngstown and Canfield market with a strong regional client base and a respected estate planning platform.

Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Ohio and have 5+ years of estate planning, estate administration, and trust administration experience. Strong candidates with 10+ years of directly relevant experience are especially encouraged to apply. Job Description Advise clients on estate planning, probate, estate administration, trust administration, and wealth succession planning. Draft and review basic and advanced estate planning documents, including wills, revocable trusts, SLATs, GRATs, ILITs, IDGTs, family limited partnerships, and LLCs. Represent fiduciaries in complex estate and trust administration matters. Prepare and review documents related to federal estate tax, gift tax, and generation-skipping transfer tax matters. Develop and implement charitable estate planning strategies, including CRUTs, CRATs, CLATs, and private foundation planning. Counsel high-net-worth individuals, closely held businesses, families, and family offices on sophisticated planning strategies. Collaborate with attorneys, clients, financial advisors, accountants, and fiduciaries to deliver practical, comprehensive estate planning solutions. Use modern legal technology and AI-powered tools to enhance estate planning workflows, client service, and matter efficiency. Qualifications Ohio law license required. 5+ years of estate planning, estate administration, and trust administration experience required. 10+ years of directly relevant estate planning and probate experience strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of federal estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer taxes. Experience drafting basic and complex estate planning documents. Experience representing fiduciaries in estate and trust administration matters. Charitable estate planning experience, including charitable trusts and private foundations, strongly preferred. Strong drafting, analytical, client communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage sophisticated client matters with professionalism, discretion, and sound legal judgment. Interest or experience using AI-powered tools to improve estate planning workflows preferred.
