This opportunity is ideal for an attorney looking to work on sophisticated litigation matters within a collaborative and growing litigation platform serving business clients across a broad range of industries. The firm is seeking a team-oriented associate with strong litigation experience who is interested in taking on substantive responsibility and working closely with clients and senior attorneys on complex matters. The Role Associates in this position may work on matters involving: Complex commercial litigation Business and contract disputes Motion practice and case strategy Discovery and deposition preparation Client and opposing party management Court appearances and litigation support General commercial and business litigation matters Responsibilities may include: Drafting pleadings, motions, and dispositive motions Conducting legal research and case analysis Assisting with litigation strategy and case management Preparing for and participating in depositions Attending hearings and court appearances Managing communications with clients, opposing counsel, and litigation teams Ideal Background 3-4 years of litigation experience Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills Experience handling sophisticated litigation matters in state and/or federal court Strong oral advocacy and communication skills Ability to manage multiple matters in a collaborative, fast-paced environment Excellent academic and professional credentials required JD from an ABA-accredited law school Ohio Bar admission required or ability to waive in Why This Opportunity Sophisticated litigation platform with strong regional and national presence Significant hands-on litigation experience and courtroom exposure Collaborative and collegial team environment Strong mentorship and long-term growth potential Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package
