THIS JOB IS IN-OFFICE AND REQUIRES RELO TO COLUMBUS OH A
growing, litigation-focused law firm is seeking a Civil Litigation Associate Attorney to join an expanding law firm in Columbus Ohio. This role involves managing a diverse caseload. This opportunity is ideal for an early-career attorney eager to gain hands-on experience, work directly with clients, build meaningful courtroom exposure, in a collaborative firm environment.
Qualifications & Responsibilities:
  • 2-5+ years of civil litigation experience, including first chair trials, with a strong record of success.
  • OH Bar admission in good standing.
  • Lead and manage civil litigation cases in both state and federal courts.
  • Oversee all stages of litigation, from case inception through trial and appeal.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and legal documents, assist with depositions, prepare for hearings, mediations, and trial preparation.
  • Conduct legal research and case strategy analysis.
  • Maintain clear, strategic communication with clients regarding case progress, objectives, and billing.
