Junior Attorney Business & Estate Planning (Full-time)

Costaras Law Pay:

$90,000-$115,000 per year

Experience Required:

2-4 years Costaras Law is hiring a Junior Attorney with 2-4 years of experience to support our growing business law and estate planning practice. This is a strong opportunity for an attorney who wants hands-on legal experience, practical mentorship, and meaningful client work in a growing law firm. We serve business owners, entrepreneurs, professionals, and families who need clear, responsive, and practical legal guidance. We are looking for someone who can draft carefully, communicate clearly, stay organized, and grow into a stronger attorney over time.

Compensation:

$90,000-$115,000 per year , depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

The Junior Attorney will help support business and estate planning matters from start to finish.

Responsibilities include:

Drafting estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives Drafting and reviewing business contracts, service agreements, operating agreements, vendor agreements, and related documents Reviewing client documents and identifying key legal issues Preparing summaries, notes, and recommendations for supervising attorneys Supporting client matters from intake through completion Communicating with clients and internal team members professionally and promptly Managing assigned deadlines and tracking work progress Asking thoughtful questions when guidance is needed Applying feedback and improving work product over time Helping the firm deliver faster, clearer, and more organized legal service

Qualifications Required:

Licensed attorney in good standing 2-4 years of legal experience Strong legal writing and drafting skills Strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple assignments at once Professional communication skills Comfort working in a digital, fast-moving environment

Preferred:
