Job Description

Pelini, Campbell & Ricard is a firm located throughout Ohio, with a current opening in its North Canton office. We are a litigation-centered insurance defense practice with a wide range of services, including bodily injury, property, general liability, product liability and auto/fleet cases with a special focus on complex tort litigation, coverage, contracts, and construction defects. We are devoted to providing aggressive, cost-effective, and skilled legal representation to our clients, and their insureds. Qualifications:
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney. You will be responsible for handling various cases in all stages of litigation which will require you to conduct legal research, provide legal advice, negotiate settlements, and represent clients in depositions and eventually trial. You will work closely with senior attorneys, analyze medical records, legal documents, draft pleadings, and assist in trial preparation. Qualified Applicants Will Have 2 to 5 years of experience working on general litigation or insurance defense matters. Experience taking and defending depositions. Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are required. This is a full-time position, and compensation is commensurate with experience. PCR will provide exceptional support to help you expand your skills and practice.
