Associate Attorney — Insurance Defense A well-established, full-service law firm with a highly regarded Insurance Defense practice is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join its growing team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a dedicated attorney to work alongside seasoned litigators handling sophisticated insurance defense matters across the state of Oklahoma and beyond. About the Role The ideal candidate is an attorney with 2 to 9 years of experience in insurance defense, civil litigation, or related practice areas. This attorney will have the opportunity to represent a diverse client base including insurance carriers, self-insured entities, and corporate defendants across a wide range of matters including automobile liability, premises liability, products liability, professional liability, and casualty claims. Experience in any of these areas of insurance defense is welcomed. What You Will Do As an associate attorney on this team, you will manage all phases of insurance defense litigation from inception through resolution. You will conduct depositions, draft motions and pleadings, appear in state and federal courts, negotiate settlements, and work closely with clients and adjusters to deliver sound legal strategies and efficient case management. You will collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys who are committed to delivering results for their clients.
