Business Transactions Attorney — Tulsa, OK A well-respected boutique law firm in Tulsa is looking to add an experienced transactional attorney to their growing business practice. This is an opportunity to join a firm that values its people just as much as it values its clients. About the Role The ideal candidate has 5-10 years of experience specifically in transactional law, with a strong, demonstrated background in business transactions. This attorney will work closely with business owners across a range of industries, handling sophisticated transactional matters from start to finish, including: Negotiating and drafting commercial leases Advising on supplier, vendor, and distributor agreements Structuring licensing and franchise arrangements Preparing joint venture and partnership agreements Drafting employment and independent contractor agreements Providing guidance on regulatory compliance and risk management About the Firm This is a close-knit team that genuinely shows up for one another the kind of place where colleagues help each other out without being asked. The firm regularly steps outside the office for team-building events, because they believe a strong culture is built outside the conference room, not just inside it. Clients come first, and that shows in how the firm communicates with their clients: promptly, clearly, and without the stuffiness that can come with the legal profession. Who They're Looking For Personality and cultural fit matter just as much as legal skill here. The right business transactional attorney for this role is: A people person who builds easy rapport with clients and colleagues alike Approachable and comfortable being personable, not just professional A strong, prompt communicator who keeps clients in the loop Open-minded and adaptable willing to embrace new ideas. Committed to a client-first approach in every transactional matter Requirements 5-10 years of experience in transactional law specific to business transactions Must be licensed and in good standing with the Oklahoma Bar Association Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills What's Offered Full benefits package A collaborative, supportive team environment Regular team-building events and firm culture outside the office The opportunity to do meaningful business and transactional work without the pressure of a high-volume, impersonal environment If you're a transactional attorney ready to join a firm that values both its people and its clients, this could be the right fit. Send your resume and writing sample to eric.vetter@gogpac.com All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, age, color, sex (including pregnancy), religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable laws or regulations.
