$70,000-$120,000 annually based upon prosecution experience

POSITION SUMMARY
Tommy Humphries is the District Attorney for DA District 4, which includes Blaine, Canadian, Garfield, Grant and Kingfisher Counties. Our mission is to protect the public by aggressively prosecuting violent crime, advocating for and supporting crime victims, and directing appropriate offenders toward treatment and rehabilitation. JOB DESCRIPTION
Our Blaine County office seeks a managing attorney who will be responsible for handling all Blaine County matters including felony, misdemeanor, deprived and delinquent cases. Preference will be given to attorneys with at least five (5) years of prosecution experience.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Must secure and maintain a favorable background investigation.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Graduation from an accredited law school and admission to practice law in Oklahoma.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Possess excellent oral advocacy, legal analysis and legal writing and editing skills. Display strong organizational, interpersonal communication, problem solving and teamwork skills.
