This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-stakes matters involving trust and estate disputes, fiduciary litigation, will contests, and conservatorship proceedings. You will handle meaningful casework, work directly with clients, and develop your litigation skills alongside experienced attorneys in a firm that values collaboration, quality, and long-term professional growth. Trust and estate litigation experience is a significant plus, but we recognize it is a specialized field. Skilled civil litigators from any litigation background are encouraged to apply. Requirements
  • Active Washington State Bar license required; Oregon license preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of civil litigation experience; 5-10 years preferred
  • Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills
  • Deposition, motion practice, and courtroom experience
  • Ability to manage matters independently and interact directly with clients
  • Highly motivated self-starter who can handle responsibility within a busy practice
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to thrive in a team environment Benefits
