You will have the unique opportunity to partner with business teams and provide guidance on a critical segment of the business-licensing and global sourcing-to allow our business to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment. Key Exciting Responsibilities

• Drive global innovation by drafting and negotiating sophisticated SaaS, cloud, and other commercial licensing and strategic sourcing agreements that power our business and digital transformation.
• Act as the primary internal legal advisor for Trimble's payment processing relationships, providing high-level oversight and guidance to the Payments team.
• Provide strategic advice and direction to senior leadership, evaluating legal risks and identifying creative solutions to support business goals.
• Collaborate across business units to manage disputes and mentor contract professionals on complex legal negotiations. Essential Skills & Experience
• You have 7+ years of legal experience with a deep focus on drafting and negotiating complex SaaS, payment processing, and commercial contracts.
• You hold a J.D. from an accredited law school and are in good standing with the bar in your state of employment.
• You possess exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with a proven talent for translating legal complexity into clear business solutions.
• Experience using AI in a business context to efficiently generate high-quality work product.
