Trust Estate Planning & Probate Attorney | Pittsburgh , PA 🚨 πŸ’Ό Full-Time | πŸ’΅ Salary will be based on the candidate's experience and other job-related factors, in accordance with applicable law. | 3+ Years' Experience | A well-established law firm in Pittsburgh PA is actively seeking a skilled and personable Trust Estate Planning & Probate Attorney to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who is not only legally sharp but also passionate about building trust with clients and guiding them through complex planning and probate matters . If you're experienced, approachable, and ready to make clients feel at ease during life's most important transitions, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Handle:
Handling the administration of Trusts and Estates from inception to completion, reviewing and drafting Trust and Probate administration documents and other related documents. Drafting of Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Health Care Directives and other appropriate estate planning documents. Review estate planning documents drafted internally by other attorneys and paralegals. Legal research is required regarding probate, estate planning issues and related areas. Managing client relationships from consultation through closing Explaining legal concepts in plain, reassuring language
What You Bring:
3+ years of experience in trusts, estate planning, and probate law Strong client communication and interpersonal skills Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania Highly organized with a client-first mindset Ability to independently manage files while maintaining a personal, empathetic approach
