This role will focus on general civil litigation defense matters, including premises liability, commercial disputes, construction litigation, and insurance defense cases, representing clients through all phases of litigation while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

Handle all phases of civil litigation defense including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, and trial preparationConduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and correspondence on behalf of clientsRepresent clients in court hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and depositionsManage an active caseload across a variety of civil defense mattersCollaborate with senior attorneys and partners on complex litigation strategyMaintain regular communication with clients and provide strategic legal counsel throughout the litigation process
