Harrisburg, PA (Onsite) Position Overview Immediate opening for a Personal Injury Associate Attorney Minimum 1 + years of civil litigation experience (personal injury preferred) Fast-paced, high-exposure role with nationwide client base Opportunity to manage cases independently & collaboratively Key Responsibilities Handle personal injury cases from intake to resolution Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery Take and defend depositions Represent clients in hearings, arbitrations, and trials Develop case strategies and litigation plans Work with medical experts & evaluate damages Negotiate settlements and resolutions Maintain direct client communication Requirements Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania (required) Additional admission in West Virginia and/or Ohio (preferred) Strong skills in litigation, negotiation, and case management Ability to work independently and in a team environment Excellent communication & client-handling skills What We Offer Competitive compensation (based on experience) Strong growth and advancement opportunities Collaborative and supportive team culture Exposure to high-value and complex cases
