Job Description
- Estate & Trust Administrator
- We are seeking an experienced Estate Settlement Administrator to manage the full lifecycle of estate administration for high-net-worth clients (typically $3MM+ estates). This role is hands-on and focused on
- estate settlement.
- Key Responsibilities
- + Lead estate settlement from start to finish: identify/marshal assets, review legal documents, review income and estate tax returns, review accounting, and oversee distributions + Coordinate with outside counsel, ensuring legal documents are completed accurately + Partner with accountants, appraisers, and internal teams + Serve as primary contact for beneficiaries and external partners + Collaboration with Trust Officers on interim trust administration + Ensure compliance, risk management, and fee oversight + Mentor junior team members •
Education and Experience Required:
- + Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years' estate and trust settlement administrative experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 7 years' higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 3 years' estate and trust settlement administrative experience
Education and Experience Preferred:
- + Background from banks, law firms, or fiduciary environments preferred + Experience working with high-net-worth clients + Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills + JD or advanced credentials a plus

The pay range for this position is $74,600.00 - $124,400.00 Annual (USD). The successful candidate's particular combination of knowledge, skills, and experience will inform their specific compensation.
