Our client, Fellerman & Ciarimboli Law P.C., with offices in Kingston and Scranton, PA is looking to hire a full-time Estate Attorney to join their team. Fellerman & Ciarimboli is a local trusted, multidisciplinary law firm that has been serving the legal needs of clients throughout Eastern Pennsylvania since 2000. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Estate Attorney to join our growing legal team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience handling estate planning matters, probate and trust administration, and advising clients on asset protection and long-term planning strategies. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with individuals and families while building long-term client relationships in a collaborative and professional environment. Responsibilities Draft and review estate planning documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives Handle probate and estate administration matters from opening through closing Advise clients regarding estate, trust, and inheritance issues Prepare and review fiduciary accountings and related filings Communicate regularly with clients, beneficiaries, financial advisors, and courts Conduct legal research and remain current on changes in estate and probate law Manage deadlines and maintain organized case files Provide compassionate and professional client service during sensitive matters
Experience and Skills:
Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Licensed and in good standing in Pennsylvania 5+ years of estate planning and estate administration experience preferred Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple matters independently Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with trusts, probate proceedings, and fiduciary matters
