This is a strong opportunity for an experienced attorney who can independently manage a caseload while contributing to a collaborative, growth‑oriented team. Position Overview The ideal candidate has a solid background in insurance defense litigation, strong case‑handling skills, and the ability to work both independently and within a supportive team environment. Location Lacaster, PA Key Responsibilities Manage a full caseload of insurance defense matters from inception through resolution. Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses. Conduct depositions, hearings, and court appearances. Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and internal team members. Contribute to case strategy and litigation planning. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in insurance defense litigation. Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania. Strong litigation skills, including depositions, motion practice, and courtroom experience. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team‑focused environment.
