Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a solid experience in transactional real estate, ability to provide legal counsel to clients on a wide range of real estate matters, including acquisition, ownership financing development land use and zone matters. plan community and condominium law a plus. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong legal research and writing skills. Ability to generate business. Assisting in the representation of clients while gaining valuable experience in legal practice. Career path to Senior Associate and Partner. Duties Conduct comprehensive legal research using tools such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis to support case preparation and strategy. Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws. Provide legal advice to clients regarding environmental law matters and patent applications. Maintain organized case files and documentation for effective legal administration. Attend court hearings and client meetings as necessary to represent the firm's interests. Skills Strong knowledge of law office procedures and operations. Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis. Excellent legal drafting skills with attention to detail. Familiarity with PA Condominium Act and Planned Community Act. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interactions and court presentations. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while managing multiple priorities.
