Job Description:
Corporate M&A Associate | Philadelphia A highly regarded corporate practice is seeking a Corporate M&A associate to join its growing Philadelphia office. The team advises public and private companies, private equity sponsors and strategic investors on a broad range of domestic and cross-border transactions, including: mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, sponsor-backed investments, carve-outs, growth equity transactions, joint ventures, and general corporate advisory matters. Associates are given significant exposure to clients and deal strategy while continuing to work on sophisticated, headline-making transactions. The Philadelphia office forms an integral part of the firm's broader national corporate platform, providing access to major deal flow without the hierarchical structures often associated with larger market practices. This opportunity would suit associates seeking: high-quality transactional work, increased responsibility and visibility, a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment, and strong long-term progression prospects.
Candidates should ideally have:
2-6 years' M&A experience, excellent drafting and negotiation skills, strong academic credentials, and experience gained at a leading US or international law firm. Relocation candidates are encouraged to apply.
