Responsibilities To Start? File review, develop litigation and trial strategies. Extensive legal research and Motion practice. Prepare for and manage your litigation calendar successfully. Strategic depositions of fact and expert witnesses. Prepare pleadings and engage in discovery. Commitment to respond promptly to all e-mail and phone inquiries and understand the urgency demands in a trial practice Compensation and Benefits?
