Bar Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Litigation Attorney to join our team. As a Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for representing clients in real estate civil litigation matters and providing legal advice and guidance throughout the litigation process.Responsibilities:
- Handle a caseload of real estate litigation matters, including but not limited to quiet title, ejectment, contract disputes, and zoning issues,
- Conduct legal research, drafting motions, pleadings, and other legal documents
- Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, arbitrations, and negotiations
- Provide strategic legal advice and counsel to clients on real estate litigation matters
- Manage client relationships and communicate effectively with clients throughout the legal process
- Work independently and collaboratively with team members to achieve successful case outcomes
- Stay updated on real estate laws, regulations, and industry trends to provide informed legal guidance
Skills:
- Strong negotiation skills to effectively represent clients' interests
- Excellent research skills to gather relevant information for cases
- Proficiency in legal administrative tasks, including document drafting and case management
- Familiarity with legal research tools such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis
- Ability to analyze complex legal issues and develop sound legal strategies
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective client communication
- Ability to litigate cases in court with confidence and professionalism
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to PA
- Prior experience in civil litigation is preferred We offer competitive compensation packages based on experience.
