Job Description

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney with a background in Real Estate Law to join our Pittsburgh office. The ideal candidate will have 2 plus years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, including drafting and negotiating agreements, handling acquisitions and dispositions, and advising clients on complex real estate matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate transactional real estate documents, including purchase agreements, leases, and financing agreementsConduct due diligence for acquisitions and dispositions of commercial propertiesAdvise clients on real estate development, zoning, and regulatory mattersAssist in structuring and closing real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with legal and financial requirementsCollaborate with partners and clients to develop strategic solutions for real estate projects
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law schoolLicensed to practice law in Pennsylvania or eligible to obtain licensure2 plus years of experience in commercial real estate transactionsStrong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skillsExcellent communication and client-management abilitiesBenefitsHealthDentalVisionPTOQuarterly Bonus401k MatchPension
