We are committed to achieving positive outcomes and building trust with our clients. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Attorney based in Pittston, PA. The Associate Attorney will assist with managing client cases, conducting legal research, drafting and reviewing legal documents, representing clients in court proceedings, and collaborating with colleagues on case strategy. Responsibilities include advising clients on legal rights, preparing for depositions and trials, and maintaining current knowledge of legal procedures and regulations. Qualifications Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills Experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents with attention to detail Proficiency in case management, including trial preparation and client communication Understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and courtroom procedures Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Admission to the Pennsylvania State Bar is required Previous experience in litigation or a related field is a plus Ability to work independently and efficiently in a collaborative office environment #INDW3
