Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Trust & Probate Attorney to join our legal team in Pottstown. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead estate and trust administration, handle probate proceedings, and provide comprehensive legal counsel on a variety of related matters. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach, exceptional legal research skills, and a passion for guiding clients through complex estate planning and probate processes. Join us to make a meaningful impact by ensuring smooth estate transitions and safeguarding clients' assets with professionalism and integrity. Experience Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school; admission to the state bar is required. Proven experience in estate planning, probate law, or trust administration is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of legal research tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw. Demonstrated ability to handle complex litigation cases involving estate or trust disputes. Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of resolving conflicts amicably and efficiently. Familiarity with diverse practice areas including family law, securities law, environmental law, immigration law, landlord-tenant law, personal injury law, tribal law & regulations, patent law, workers' compensation law, and general litigation is a plus. Exceptional writing skills for drafting comprehensive legal documents and reports. Prior legal administrative experience supporting case management and client communication. Pay:
$52,000.00 - $89,365.02 per year
