Overview We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Pennsylvania Licensed Attorney at the Partner level to join our esteemed legal team. This pivotal role offers an exciting opportunity for a seasoned legal professional to lead complex legal matters across diverse practice areas, including estate planning, family law, personal injury law and more. As a partner, you will play a key role in shaping firm strategy, mentoring junior attorneys, and cultivating strong client relationships. Your expertise will drive innovative legal solutions while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This position is ideal for an energetic leader passionate about delivering exceptional legal service and making a meaningful impact within a collaborative environment. Responsibilities Lead and manage high-stakes legal cases across multiple practice areas such as estate planning, family law, law, personal injury law, civil litigation, and criminal law. Develop and execute comprehensive legal strategies tailored to client needs while ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations. Provide expert legal advice to clients on complex issues related to land use, landlord-tenant disputes, corporate transactions, and regulatory compliance. Oversee legal research using tools like Ai, LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case development and legal opinions. Draft and review sophisticated legal documents including contracts, pleadings, briefs, wills, trusts, estate plans, and regulatory filings with precision and clarity. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients by offering proactive counsel and exceptional service. Mentor junior attorneys and support staff to foster professional growth within the firm. Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, or court proceedings with confidence and professionalism. Stay current on evolving laws and industry trends to ensure the firm's services remain innovative and compliant. Experience Proven track record as a senior attorney or partner with extensive experience in multiple practice areas such as estate planning, environmental law, immigration law, family law, securities law, workers' compensation law, personal injury law, tribal law & regulations, litigation or patent law. Demonstrated expertise in legal research using LexisNexis and Westlaw platforms combined with strong writing skills for drafting complex legal documents. Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to resolve disputes efficiently while maintaining positive client relationships. Extensive experience in managing litigation cases from inception through resolution in various courts or administrative agencies. Strong understanding of legal administrative processes including case management systems within a busy law office environment. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret statutes and regulations accurately to advise clients effectively.
