Associate Construction Litigator Bardsley Law, LLC believes that the practice of law is first and foremost an honorable profession. Bardsley Law, LLC seeks to hire a motivated associate who shares those values for its Berwyn, Pennsylvania office. The preferred candidate would have 4-8 years of experience in handling complex litigation, with a focus on construction and construction defect law, environmental law and/or professional liability. A technical background or experience in architecture, engineering or construction would be a significant advantage, but if you are the right candidate, we can show you the ropes. Admission to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey required, as are excellent writing and interpersonal skills. Our construction clients include some of the most prominent design professional firms in the country, environmental consultants, developers, contractors and specialty fabricators. This is a great opportunity for an associate to join a practice that is specialized and sophisticated, with a significant professional up-side. Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
