Job Description
Boutique Wayne law firm seeks an experienced Family Law Paralegal with the following qualifications: Draft, prepare, and file pleadings in Montgomery and Chester County courts. Manage case files from intake through resolution. Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and timely communication. Coordinate with courts, opposing counsel, and third parties. Track discovery deadlines and manage document collection and production. Prepare trial binders, exhibits, and hearing materials. Arrange and monitor service of process. Manage attorney calendars, deadlines, and scheduling logistics. Oversee outgoing correspondence and file management systems. 5+ years of family law paralegal experience in Montgomery or Chester County, Pennsylvania Direct experience with pleadings, filings, and court procedures in local jurisdictions A track record in a fast-paced law firm Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to carry multiple active matters without losing accuracy The instinct to anticipate attorney needs rather than wait for direction Genuine awareness of the sensitive nature of family law work and the discretion it requires
