We are seeking an attorney with a strong interest in developing a private client services practice to join our York office. This position focuses on advising individuals, families, and closely held businesses on private wealth planning, trust and estate administration, and succession planning. Our private client practice is closely integrated with the firm's litigation and tax teams, providing attorneys with the opportunity to work on matters involving wealth preservation, fiduciary disputes, and sophisticated transactional tax planning. Depending on the attorney's interests and background, the role may include a mix of estate planning, fiduciary and estate-related litigation, and advanced tax-driven planning.
