Job Description

The client is searching for a driven and disciplined Associate Attorney to join our team to help families create thoughtful estate plans-legal documents like wills and living trusts that ensure their loved ones are protected in the event of death or incapacity. Responsibilities :
Drafting & Revisions:
Review estate plan drafts, make updates based on client feedback, and ensure precision and accuracy
Client Communication:
Respond to client questions and emails with clarity, warmth, and professionalism
Systems Integration:
Learn and execute our proven estate planning process and SOPs to deliver high-quality work efficiently Meetings (After Training Period): Conduct design and review meetings with clients, guiding them to make wise and timely decisions
Case Management:
Within 3 months, manage your own caseload from start to finish, ensuring clients move smoothly through the estate planning process
Additional Matters:
Handle trust administration and probate cases as needed
Requirements :
  • California Bar license required
  • At least 2 years of estate planning experience (drafting estate plans required; WealthCounsel experience a huge plus)
  • Experience handling trust administration and probate preferred
  • Mandarin and/or Cantonese fluency is a plus, but not required
  • Must live within a commutable distance to Monterey Park and Covina, California and be available to work in person, Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
  • No remote work, no weekends, no nights - we believe in real work-life balance
