The company operates within the programmatic advertising ecosystem and is seeking additional legal support from an attorney with deep ad tech industry experience who can provide practical, business-focused guidance across a broad range of commercial, privacy, and advertising matters. This engagement involves reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a variety of ad tech and commercial agreements, advising internal stakeholders on advertising and privacy compliance issues, and supporting business teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The ideal attorney will have a strong understanding of the programmatic advertising landscape, including relationships among DSPs, SSPs, publishers, agencies, identity providers, and measurement partners, and will be comfortable delivering clear, pragmatic legal advice under tight timelines. Basic Requirements for the
AdTech Attorney:
8+ years of experience handling commercial contracting, advertising technology, digital media, and/or privacy-related matters Experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating ad tech agreements, including DSP, SSP, publisher, vendor, measurement, attribution, identity, and data partnership agreements Strong familiarity with the programmatic advertising ecosystem and key industry participants Understanding of contractual provisions commonly negotiated in ad tech transactions, including NDAs, DPAs, data-sharing terms, advertising compliance provisions, and technology licensing arrangements Working knowledge of U.S. advertising regulations and privacy laws, including FTC guidance and state privacy frameworks Familiarity with GDPR, ePrivacy concepts, and privacy considerations in digital advertising strongly preferred Experience advising digital advertising, media, martech, ad agency, publisher, or data-driven technology businesses highly preferred Strong responsiveness and ability to effectively manage competing stakeholder demands and fast-paced contract turnaround timelines Ability to communicate practical, business-oriented legal advice to non-legal stakeholders Position Details of the

The annualized pay for this position ranges from $187,200 - 228,800 when calculated on a full-time basis. Pay for contract engagements is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, location, market supply/demand, and the candidate's preference (each candidate's pay rate affects the client bill rate which can affect the candidate's competitiveness for the position).

A qualified 401k plan is also available. Benefits-eligible Latitude Attorneys also receive a CLE and Professional Expense stipend.
