Job Description:

Beacon Hill is partnering with a leading law firm on a contract Asbestos Litigation Attorney opportunity. This role is a strong fit for an attorney with 3+ years of asbestos litigation experience who is comfortable supporting large active dockets, managing high volumes of case information, and assisting with discovery, motion work, deposition preparation, and trial preparation.

Location:

Remote, but candidates must reside and be licensed in a state where the firm has an office:

California, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, or Washington Duration:

6 months, with potential to extend or convert to a direct-hire role based on performance and business needs Concurrent employment: Not permitted

Hours:

30-40 hours per week anticipated

Pay:

$80-$93/hour, depending on experience

Required Qualifications:

Active bar license in good standing in the same jurisdiction where you reside (CA, DC, DE, FL, IL, MA, MO, NC, NJ, NY, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, WA) 3+ years of asbestos litigation experience Experience drafting and responding to discovery Motion experience Deposition and trial preparation experience preferred Strong organization and ability to synthesize large volumes of information Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
