Job Description
Associate Attorney - Litigation A well-established Pacific Northwest law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate with 3+ years of experience to join its growing practice. This opportunity offers hands-on litigation experience, strong mentorship, and exposure to sophisticated business disputes in a collaborative and professional environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage litigation matters through various stages of the case process
- Draft motions, pleadings, discovery, and legal research memoranda
- Assist with strategy development, client communication, and case management
- Work closely with attorneys on complex business and civil litigation matters
- Participate in hearings, depositions, and other litigation-related proceedings
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of litigation experience
- Strong legal writing, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
- Washington bar admission required
