Associate Attorney

I am working with a boutique firm based out of Torrance that is growing and looking to add an Associate level Attorney to their practice. A successful candidate will enjoy working with a small team, enjoy mentorship, gets excited about the opportunity to grow and handle multiple @types of cases. This is a hybrid role and there is a delicious bakery right down the street for your late afternoon pick me up! If you want to dress up in a dress or suit, that is totally fine but know that jeans and a t-shirt is totally acceptable! Also, did I mention you will be asked to bill 1600 hours? Pretty reasonable! If you want to bill more, you will receive $5k paid in real time for every 75 hour block after 1600. Also, I suppose it would help if you have an interest in baseball, because one of the MLB teams is a good client and you will have the ability to work on some of those cases. Kinda sounds fun! • Working with two partners handling general liability, business litigation, attorney and accountant malpractice defense and some probate litigation. 1600 hours

• starting 4 days on site for the first month, then less days on-site, depending on how employee manages working at home Laid back in-office culture
