Job Summary:

Responsible for supporting legal operations in mortgage foreclosure and creditor-side collections, assisting with case management, legal documentation, and client interactions while ensuring compliance and high-quality legal service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in handling mortgage foreclosure and creditor side collection cases Prepare legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence Support case management and maintain accurate legal records Communicate with clients, courts, and internal teams professionally Ensure compliance with legal regulations and firm policies Conduct legal research and assist in case strategy development Collaborate with senior attorneys and contribute to team objectives Maintain high standards of client service in a fast paced environment

Requirements:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school Licensed to practice law in both Ohio and Kentucky, in good standing Prior internship, clerkship, or coursework in foreclosure, collections, or litigation preferred (not required) Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Ability to work collaboratively in a high volume environment Professional attitude with a strong work ethic Would you like to know more about this opportunity?
