What You'll Bring:

A valid Bar License in at least one of the Firm's main State Court jurisdictions - Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Michigan, Illinois and/or West Virginia 3-5 years of hands-on experience reviewing and handling pleadings in at least one Federal Bankruptcy Court. Such pleadings would include motions for relief, proofs of claim, objections, various notices, etc. Knowledge of the Bankruptcy Court system and experience in handling court hearings in person, over the phone and via video links A strong work ethic and a passion for learning Honesty, dependability, and professionalism Sharp analytical skills and a detail-oriented mindset Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Comfort with multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with Microsoft Office and a willingness to embrace new technologies
